We are seeking an experienced club or small business manager to join our team. Reporting to the board, the position will be responsible for the overall operational management of the club to achieve key community and financial objectives. (Including programs from ACA + NZC)

This is a role with flexible hours depending on the applicant, however this will include a level of weekend and evening work (commitment) leading up to summer and summer months. These hours will be offset in the winter months where planning is the focus.

About You:

• Ability to relate to our community, our local schools, develop and maintain trusted relationships
• Speaking Hindi would be an advantage
• Strong with organizational and time management skills
• Play HQ + Friendly Manager lead
• Willingness to grow the club
• Computer skills to include Microsoft and excel, email correspondence
• Be part and lead an operation team including coaches, accounts, parents, volunteers.
• Previous experience within a community sport would be an advantage
• Financial awareness including budgets, and planning + debt collection from our players.
• Grant applications, ability to build relationships with key funders to ensure successful
• applications

• Team player who is a problem solver and innovated
