Hearts dominating on world stage
The WHITE FERNS are putting in a dominant showing against Ireland on their Northern Tour with our Auckland Hearts players amongst those impressing with both bat and ball.
The stand out has been Hearts Skipper Maddy Green who scored her first ODI century (121) off just 77 balls in the first ODI before backing it up with a half century in the second ODI.
In the two ODI’s in the series thus far, the WHITE FERNS have posted two scores in excess of 400, highlighting their dominance with the bat.
Hearts all-rounder Anna Peterson has been contributing in both disciplines with a wicket in the solo T20 match before a match double of 46 and 2/12 in the second ODI.
Holly Huddleston also came to life in the second ODI returning bowling figures of 2/13 off her five overs.
