Auckland Cricket’s relationship with Cricket Express will look a little different with the specialist retailer getting behind Auckland age-group representative teams for 2020/21.

Cricket Express has been involved with Auckland Cricket for close to twenty years, across junior and representative cricket. Cricket Express Chief Executive Philip Bradley is thrilled to continue supporting young cricketers in Auckland.

“We are pleased to extend and continue our long-term relationship with Auckland Cricket.

“Grassroots cricket is an important part of summers in New Zealand and, at Cricket Express, we are proud to support Auckland Cricket and many of its clubs to ensure that athletes at the grassroots get the maximum enjoyment they can from our great sport.”

Auckland Cricket CEO Iain Laxon is also excited about Cricket Express supporting the next crop of talent.

“We have had a relationship with Cricket Express for over 20 years and we are delighted that they are now supporting our High-Performance programme.

“Providing the opportunity for our most talented cricketers to grow and develop into becoming ACES and HEARTS, and ultimately BLACKCAPS and WHITE FERNS is something we are passionate about at Auckland Cricket.

“We know that Cricket Express are just as passionate about helping our next generation of cricketers, so we are looking forward to their partnership with all our age group representative teams.”

Cricket Express has two stores in Auckland – one in Mt Eden and the other in Albany and the 2020/21 Catalogue is out now.
