Auckland Cricket is pleased to announce the arrival of a new sponsor with Tamaki Health’s new online consultation platform, Bettr by Local Doctors and White Cross, on board for 2020/21.

Bettr will pick up District Cricket sponsorship from White Cross as well as the Roll of Honour, which highlights standout performances by Auckland cricketers – for club, representative or domestic teams.

White Cross Urgent Care Clinics have been a sponsor of Auckland Cricket for more than ten years, with 17 urgent care clinics operating 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, plus two 24/7 clinics. White Cross has been a great partner for all those unexpected injuries – especially those cricket aches and pains!

To further support public health needs, Tamaki Health, has launched bettr.co.nz. Bettr is New Zealand’s first at-scale online doctor consultation platform backed by a network of trusted doctors from White Cross and Local Doctors clinics.

Auckland Cricket Chief Executive Iain Laxon said, “Auckland Cricket has had a great relationship with White Cross for over a decade and are excited to continue our partnership via Bettr.”

“Auckland Cricket is constantly trying to push boundaries in the services we offer and it is great to be supporting Bettr as they do the same in the health market. We think it will provide a great service for our cricket community and look forward to helping them grow.”

Bettr appointments are available from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, so you can see a doctor from your home, your workplace or even your car via smartphone or other personal devices. Appointments cost $10 for patients enrolled with White Cross or Local Doctors and $49 for all others.
