New wave come through for young HEARTS

Praneel HiraHearts

The Auckland HEARTS head to New Plymouth to take on the Central Hinds in the next two rounds of the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield.

The competition restart sees a new captain and a wave of new HEARTS faces join the group.

With Lauren Down and Fran Jonas now on WHITE FERNS duty against India and preparing for the World Cup, the experienced Katie Perkins takes the reins.

The squad includes the uncapped quartet of Anna Browning, Sydney Bultitude, Prue Catton and Amberly Parr-Thompson, who come off strong performances for the Women’s A side last weekend.

Holly Huddleston remains unavailable due to work commitments.
