And we've tried to make it really easy to get yourself in the draw - all you have to do is grab your White Cross accident card (you should have got one from your club, if you haven't contact your Club Manager) and enter your details below.

If you can remember your name, email, club and team, and you're able to hit the submit button then you're in to win! And because we're nice we'll even let you enter without your White Cross accident card number if you don't have one.

We'll make the draws for the iPads at the end of the season and the three clubs with the most members signed up will walk away with the goodies.
