 It was a watershed year in many ways for Andrew as he assumed the Aces captaincy in the Plunket Shield and was their top run scorer in that competition.
Two hundreds and three fifties were an excellent return in a season where the runs weren't always flowing freely for the Aces.
His astuteness and awareness of the game was reflected in the decision to make him captain, a rare honour for a player so young.
With still a fair bit to done on improving the Aces four day form Andrew will be looking to improve further on those stats from last season.
